Unconventional X Stitch ships to anywhere in the world and offers a range of shipping choices!


Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In the event you are returning for a change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return of the item. 

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your return package. A refund of the shipping charge will only be applicable in the event of a incorrect or defective item. 

To be reimbursed for shipping where applicable, you must provide proof of shipping eg. a receipt. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return BEFORE shipping it back. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Returned items must be in as sent condition. If items are received damaged, then a refund will not be issued as the products can no longer be sold, or a reduced amount will be refunded in accordance with the items condition. 

Digital download items are ineligible for a refund unless there is a fault in the pattern. All digital purchases are final regardless of if the files have been downloaded yet. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

How long will it take for my order to reach me? When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. It can take up to two weeks in Australia, and five weeks during busy seasons for overseas orders to reach you. 


When will my order ship? Most orders have a turn around of 1-3 business days. 


How much is shipping? Please also note that the shipping rates are flat, meaning for as much or as little, you will pay the one fee. So make sure you load up those bags and take advantage of the flat-rate! 


Does my order have tracking? All Australian orders do. International, in order to keep rates low, do not. You may upgrade to a tracked choice for international. This provides insurance in the event your order is lost. All international orders have a CN customs number as proof of shipping. If you wish to upgrade to protect your package for loss and damage please do so during check-out.


Will I have import taxes? This is dependent on your countries laws. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
